By purchasing products from Lovers Domain the purchaser ("The Customer"), agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale.

Limitation of Liability: The Customer shall indemnify Lovers Domain against any loss of or damage to property. Lovers Domain shall not be liable to the Customer for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use or performance of products, even if Lovers Domain has been advised of their possibility.

Refunds: Refunds will be given at the discretion of company management.

Addressing: If a product is found to be mis-addressed by Lovers Domain then Lovers Domain shall be responsible for the re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the product. If the Customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then Lovers Domain will not refund or resend the product and all responsibility for correcting delivery will be borne by the Customer.

Incorrect Bank Account Number: Lovers Domain gives the customer the choice to pay for products through bank transfer. If the Customer credits money to the incorrect bank account number, and the correct number was provided to the Customer by Lovers Domain , then Lovers Domain will not accept any responsibility for correcting payment and the goods will not be dispatched.

Mailing Cash: Lovers Domain does not recommend that cash be mailed for payment of products. If the Customer does mail cash, Lovers Domain accepts no responsibility for the theft, loss or otherwise non-delivery of mailed cash.

GST: For New Zealand delivery addresses, all prices are GST inclusive.

Unpaid for Goods: All goods purchased remain the property of Lovers Domain until full payment is received for the said goods , The purchaser understands and gives full permission to Lovers Domain to enter the purchasers premises and remove any goods not paid for in full in the agreed and required payment period.Written notice will be given for the purchasers account to be paid within 14 days prior to goods being removed.
